New and Improved Support System

We wanted to let you know about an exciting new feature on!

As our community of users has grown, we’ve noticed our ability to quickly and thoroughly respond to email and answer questions has slowed.   Because we believe you are extremely important to us, we have been working hard to fix this issue.

Which leads me to revealing our new support feature.   This new feature fixes three things.

  1. A new layout allows you to easily find the category and issue you may be needing.
  2. An easy to use search bar that allows you to use keywords and easily search for an answer to your question.
  3. If you are unable to find your answer using the keyword search, we have implemented a new ticketing system that allows us to quickly respond and answer to all emails.

We truly are so thankful for each and every one of you and are working hard to ensure your experience with is positive.  We pray this improved feature will help!
